'Content' on our site is being added and will be constantly changing. Our highest priority is adding content that will be part of our Help system. That is, Every page and function will be documented here. Direct links from Kea-Live for every function page will exist, displaying descriptions and help. This ‘Page Help’ will be a Wiki. That is, the credentialed user at each site will be able to make changes, specific to their agency. Our goal is to have all user documentation maintained in this manner, including field level help. The Help content on our site will be the default, general help for each page and function. The specific agency help will be housed on the agency’s server.
Our current RC clients are bridging CMF data to SANDIS which then goes on to DDS. We are now ramping up to bridge data directly to the new DDS data warehouse for SIR data. We are completing final changes to the SIR to satisfy all DDS data requirements.
Concurrent with this, will be Kea-Live’s ‘Digital POS’. This is an added feature of the existing POS process which accommodates routing and sign off functionality. We are expecting to go ‘Live’ before the fiscal year end at SCLARC.
At both RCs, the IPP continues to evolve with added features. All subsequent forms, Annual, Semmi-Annual, Quarterlies, etc. are all in use and working fine at SCLARC.
The IFSP, including ‘Offline’ functionality is undergoing final QA at FDLRC. Expected completion within the next few weeks.
Both SCLARC and FDLRC are now using the major Monitoring Tool Forms. FDLRC additionally has offline capability to take the process and collect data at the consumer's home.
We are testing and making final modifications at FDLRC on their STATS REPORTS and expect full use of the function this month. These reports track status code and caseload changes. Tracking is accomplished using business rules when a change is made. In general, when a code is changed a tracking business rule is applied to categorize the change with a count for a specific date. Statistics for periods like monthly, quarterly, or annually could then be calculated and reported automatically with a 'single click'. This satisfies reporting needs and eliminates the monthly reconciliation process currently in place and thereby eliminates the need for back-dating or future dating of changes. A planned addition will be the tracking of inter agency transfers.
